Wade & Adociates Group develop, manage, and execute culturally relevant outreach events, campaigns, and collaborations that inform, engage, and empower African American communities. Our work spans health and wellness, education, cultural awareness, and community-centered events, thoughtfully designed to reflect community voices and lived experiences. From concept to execution, we oversee strategy, partnerships, programming, content creation, and on-site activation, supported by integrated marketing and social media. Through trusted collaborations with community, healthcare, cultural, and corporate partners, we deliver impactful experiences that drive participation, raise awareness, and create measurable community impact.

In partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services, the Risk Less • Do More Campaign engaged Black beauty industry professionals to deliver culturally relevant education on COVID, flu, and RSV vaccines. The initiative also hosted pop-up health clinics across five states; Alabama, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, expanding access to trusted information, vaccination services, and community-based care.

Developed by Wade & Associates Group for the CA Black Women’s Collective and Empowerment Institute, the Black Girl Joy Festival is a dynamic celebration for middle and high school–aged Black girls, rooted in joy, empowerment, and connection. Blending mentorship, education, and fun, the festival offers college prep workshops, panel discussions, self-defense and wellness activities, arts and crafts, health screenings, music, dance, food, and giveaways. More than an event, it creates a vibrant, affirming space where Black girls are uplifted, inspired, and supported to thrive, connect, and shine.

Wade & Associates Group, with their expertise, led the way for the Black Women’s Collective Empowerment Institute’s Women's Conversation Tour titled "Building an Economic Action Plan," embarking on a comprehensive journey across the state of California, commencing in San Diego and reaching through Solano County, Sacramento, and Fresno.

This distinguished initiative not only provided crucial financial opportunities but also imparted invaluable life skills information and connected participants with essential community resources. By doing so, it sparked a renewed sense of hope and empowerment among countless women of color throughout the diverse landscape of California.

Boost Our Health: Strong Immunity, Stronger Community Campaign

The Boost Our Health campaign was designed to increase COVID-19 booster awareness and uptake among African American/Black communities across California. Through a series of targeted community health events in regions with low vaccination rates, the campaign provided updated information on COVID-19 vaccines, boosters, and seasonal health concerns while expanding access to vaccinations. The initiative empowered individuals to take an active role in their health, strengthening both personal immunity and community well-being.

Save Our Water Campaign

The Save Our Water Campaign was a statewide initiative raising awareness about climate change and California’s extreme drought while educating residents on practical water-saving tips. By partnering with beauty salons and barbershops, the campaign empowered stylists and barbers to share conservation messaging directly with their clients during everyday visits leveraging trusted relationships to encourage small, actionable changes that collectively support water preservation across California.
