Margo Wade LaDrew
President & CEO
Driven by purpose and fueled by legacy, Margo Wade LaDrew has spent more than 30 years creating cultural experiences, strategic partnerships, and community programs that make a meaningful difference.
As President & CEO of Wade & Associates Group, Margo leads a multifaceted organization specializing in purpose-driven marketing, large-scale event production, and community engagement. The company’s nonprofit division extends this mission by designing social impact initiatives that address health equity, cultural representation, and community empowerment.
Margo is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Black Beauty & Wellness Foundation, an organization committed to advancing beauty, wellness, and health education for women of color. Her contributions to public health outreach include her role as Community Outreach and Program Development Consultant with MLK Community Healthcare where she developed two of their signature health programs. In her earlier years, she helped develop and launch the groundbreaking Black Barbershop Health Outreach Program, serving as National Director and leading a 26-city tour that provided screenings and health resources to more than 30,000 African American men.
In entertainment, Margo is the Creator and Executive Producer of Soul Country Music Star™ and the Soul Country Music Festival, national platforms celebrating Black artists and expanding the footprint of Black culture in country music.

Her deep commitment to heritage shines through her role as National Director of Development and Event Coordinator for the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo, where she builds national partnerships, develop special events that honor and elevate Black Western culture.
From televised specials to national awards shows, some of her production credits include the NAACP Image Awards, TNT’s Black Movie Awards, and the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo Juneteenth CBS Special to name a few.
